V-Preca is a pre-paid visa card that you can use straight away without the need to Sign up for an account. They are available for purchase at places such as convenience store displays. What is a prepaid Visa card?

V-preca cards cannot be recharged. They come in denominations of 500 yen to 30 000 yen, with a sales markup of about 200 yen.
How does V Preca work?
With v preca it has you create the expiration date and security code. The back of the actual physical card has empty spaces for one can write it down once they register it online.
